Update - We have a fix that we will put in over Fall Break. Printing is not affected. This only relates to the printing portal. For any students needing to purchase printing credits, we can manually add those to the system without charge.

Investigating - Papercut Portal is down - vendor incident - waiting on further details before we reconnect the portal. User printing is not being affected at this time.
